• In-house laboratory tests composition and hardness to ensure only top-grade materials are used

Forging Department

• In-house Drop Hammer Forging using high-grade D-2 Steel Dies
• Processes include ring trimming, acid cleaning, and pickling
• Handled by experienced operators for precision shaping

Milling & Machining Department

• Equipped with imported Milling and Grinding Machines

TC (Tungsten Carbide) Department

• Staffed by highly trained experts for maximum precision

Coating Department

• Offers both gold plating and powder coating
• Uses raw materials imported from Europe
• All coatings are quality-checked before proceeding to next stages

Passivation Department

• Instruments undergo 24-hour passivation using imported chemicals
• Boil-tested and, if needed, re-passivated to ensure corrosion resistance
• Instruments are rust-free for life, backed by a 3-year guarantee

Sandblasting Department

• Uses high-quality materials and modern sandblasting equipment
• Operated by trained professionals for consistent surface texture

Stamping & Etching

• In-house chemical-electrical etching system
• Stamping available on request
• Laser etching will soon be implemented for reusable-grade instruments
